This service is delivered in partnership with the Women’s Legal Centre ACT. Through this collaboration, we empower women, trans and gender-diverse people with the knowledge and support they need to enforce their rights at work.

Our services include:

Legal advice, assistance and representation

Community education, workshops and training

Systemic advocacy on gendered workplace issues

Support for First Nations People

If you are an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander woman, trans or gender-diverse person, you can access culturally safe legal support through our Mulleun Mura Program.

Get free, confidential help

Use this form to request legal support or advice. Our intake process is primarily conducted over the phone to better understand your situation and connect you with the right assistance. If phone contact isn’t safe or accessible, please provide your email so we can arrange an alternative.

Refer a client

Use this form to securely refer a client to the the Working Women’s Centre ACT. Please ensure you have the client’s consent before submitting their details. Once submitted, you’ll have the option to download a receipt or PDF copy of the referral for your records.

DVCS is a free service available for anyone in the ACT region affected by domestic and family violence.
